We offer Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, including but not limited to customer support, data processing, telemarketing, and IT solutions. Services are provided on a contractual basis as outlined in separate service agreements.

User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws in Bangladesh.
• You will not use our Services for illegal purposes, such as fraud or harassment.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Payment and Fees

• Fees for Services are specified in your service agreement.
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month as per Bangladeshi law.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
• You grant us a license to use data provided solely for delivering Services.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
